The University Wishes To Take Out A Leasing Contract Without Purchase Option For Nine (9) Internal Car-Sharing Vehicles (Small Sedan) And A Leasing Contract Without Option To Buy For Thirteen (13) Utility Vehicles Intended For Its Service Fleet. The University Wishes To Take Over The Fleet Of Service Vehicles Belonging To It, Namely Ten (10) Vehicles And One (1) Moped By The Awarded Of This Call For Tenders. This Call For Tenders Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement, Fixed At One (1) Year Renewable Three (3) Time One (1) Year, In Order To Retain A Holder Without Reset To Competition, Recognized For His Expertise In The Field Of Leasing, Coach Sharing And Lettering Of Vehicles. The Market Includes The Following Lots: Lot N ° 1: Lease Of Service Vehicles - 13 Vehicles - Vehicle Maintenance - Reservation Platform - Training - Lot Vehicle Lettering N ° 2: Leasing Of Car -Sharing Vehicles - 9 Vehicles (Or Even 11) - Vehicle Maintenance - Reservation Platform - Training - Training Of Vehicles The Economic Operator Can Apply For A Lot Or All Lots. The Procedure Followed Is That Of The Framework Agreement Allowing The University To Designate A Holder By Lot And Without A Resumption Of Competition, Which Undertakes To Comply, Throughout The Framework Agreement, The Conditions Set By This Call For Tenders. The Framework Agreement Does Not Give Any Exclusivity For The Benefit Of The Chosen Economic Operator.
