Maintenance Of Hedgerows In The Municipalities Of Brouckerque, Broxeele, Cappellebrouck, Drincham, Holque, Lederzeele, Looberghe, Merckeghem, Millam, Nieurlet, Pitgam, Saint Momelin, Saint Pierrebrouck, Watten And Wulverdinghe. The Services Are Exclusively Carried Out Using Mechanical Equipment (With Grinding Or Sawing Method) And Carried Out In Autumn/Winter Of Each Year (Period Running From September 15 To March 15 But Preferably During The Winter Months From December To February). This Operation Is Part Of An Environmental Program Defined By The Community Of Communes Of Hauts De Flandre In Partnership With The Departmental Council Of The North.
