The Object Of This Contract Is The Technical Assistance Service Consisting Of Carrying Out The Initial And Final Visits To The Beneficiaries Of The 2026-2028 Good Agricultural Practices Grant, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Detailed In The Technical Specifications. Grants Are Usually Awarded In The Middle Of The Year, So The Initial Visits Are Made In The Fall And The Final Visits In The Spring Of The Following Year, Before The Justification Deadline. The Initial Reports Must Be Delivered Before December 31 Of The Year In Question And The Final Reports Must Be Delivered Before June 30 Of The Year In Question. The Execution Of The Object Of This Contract Involves The Processing Of Personal Data Of The Diputació De Girona By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Treat The Data As Data Controller For The Fulfillment Of The Purposes Linked To The Object Of This Contract. The Company That Is Awarded The Contract Must Sign The Personal Data Processing Contract.
