The Subject Of This Study Concerns Additional Waste Collection Services, Bin Washing Operations And Mechanical Street Cleaning Operations (With A Sweeper) For The Municipality Of Nea Propontida. Collection Of Household Municipal Waste From The Coastal Zone Of The Municipality (Beach Front) Throughout The Year (12 Months) Bin Washing Works Will Be Carried Out Throughout The B&C Period (6 Months) Throughout The Territory Of The Municipality Mechanical Street Cleaning Works (With A Sweeper) Will Be Carried Out Throughout The B&C Period (6 Months) Throughout The Territory Of The Municipality The Duration Of The Contract Will Be For Two (2) Years From The Signing Of The Contract And The Municipality Of Nea Propontida May Exercise An Option For Another Year On The Contract Budget. The Right Of Option Is Exercised By The Contracting Authority And Is A Unilateral Constructive Right Of A.A., It Is Exercised By Its Unilateral Declaration And Is Not Subject To Negotiation With The Contractor Of The Original Contract, As The Latter Has Already Accepted By Submitting Its Offer The Terms Of Its Activation.
